Ok, I know Wednesday is a weird date for a weekly update, but you will have to roll with it. To me, a weekly update is not every 7 days I write. Not at all. A weekly update, in my mind, should come out 1 day each week. And Wednesday is a day, now isn't it. Okay now that the confusion is out of the way, let’s get on with the weekly update!
eMAC v2 is nearing completion, but I have neglected it because I hate programming numbers into the display. Replacing comparators with redstone for hours straight is not my thing. I like planning in my mind what the device will do, and building the framework, but when it comes programming time, I sort of back out. It might be a few years before it is ready for the community to see. I need motivation. I need people reading this blog, and favoriting and diamonding my post on eMAC v2. The best thing, the one I like most, is commenting. I don’t just see a number go up, I see people’s opinions about my work. That makes me happy, unless someone hates it. But how could someone hate a redstone computer? Most people say WHOA or COOL! or AWESOME!!! those are the comments I like. Okay, I won’t ramble on about comments anymore.
It’s time to talk about a new project that was started a few days ago, called 1 Emerald Ave. As the name suggests, it is a house. It is a house, but put the word modern in front of house and you have what it is. It is mostly out of quartz and dark oak wood. The house is very minimalist, and has a lot of flat walls, but it does look very modern with shaders enabled.
Okay, so this is my 1st blog post. What to write, what to write... Yeah, I'm pretty new to blogging so I might break an important rule in the "Blogging code of conduct" or whatever. I know that blogs are supposed to be personal, but this one is about what is going on in minecraft (AKA, what I am doing.) Okay now that that is down, I will post something that I saw on the template pages called "Weekly Update." I don't think I can do this weekly... See you guys (and girls) in the next post!
